Does ARSoft.Tools.Net maintains a dns cache to avoid doing a network (I/O) operation every time
And tries to resolve a query by looking up in the dns cache first?

I opened wireshark, and watched for DNS requests I see them every time for the same domain indicating that it's not caching. Is there any way to configure it to cache?

Since version 2.2.0 every implementation of IDnsResolver has a (per instance) DNS cache, which uses the TTLs of the records.
The class DnsClient has no cache, since it is for the raw communication with the server.

I see, I have IOC configured to get a new instance each time. Thanks for this info, I can probably register the wrapping class to use the same instance to get the cache.
